Return and Refund Policy

All sales are final as all parts are custom built on demand. Printed parts may have some minor cosmetic imperfections which is common with 3D printing. I do my best to clean this up, and it does not affect  strength or use of items. If you happen to receive a defective item, please message me on Facebook or through the contact page within 7 days of delivery and I will do my best to help replace the item!

What constitutes a valid exchange?

Something like:

“I opened the envelope and it was a pile of dust and plastic shrapnel.”

“This is not the part I ordered and paid for.”

What is an invalid request for a return or exchange?

Here are just a few examples that will not qualify for a return or exchange.

“I decided I don’t want this now.”

“This color isn’t as <insert term here> as I want it to be.”

“I broke it.”
